Came home from post-surgery physical therapy and a package sat at the front door. Now, we were already warned by hubby's family that it would be arriving for my birthday but was M-I-A until then. 

Well, we had no doubt it was the overdue package and I guessed at its contents as I had mentioned to my brother-in-law how much I would love some Brie. Well, there it was basking in its Brie glory, waiting to be baked which I did immediately. Nearly an hour later, had a double serving of the best Brie dish I have tasted, and I've tasted many!

I am grateful for the small things in life, such as cheese! Any! The stinkier the better, even! Not kidding!
